Since 1888, more than 238,000 women have joined the Tri Delta sisterhood at 180 chapters in both the United States and Canada and have pledged to “steadfastly love one another.” This open motto describes the strong support our members provide one another throughout their lifetime of membership in Delta Delta Delta.

By living our values of scholarship, leadership, community service, and everlasting sisterhood, Tri Delta has set high standards for their members and for the rest of the Greek community at the University of Maryland. We support a broadened intellectual life, assist our members in every possible way, and encourage them to assume the highest responsibilities of college educated women so that they are always striving to reach and exceed their goals.

Our passion for progress and visionary thinking has inspired our women to excel in all areas of life and to be proud of the letters they have chosen to live with forever.  As part of Delta Delta Delta, each collegiate member builds lifelong and meaningful friendships while engaging in chapter initiatives that focus on developing her into a well-rounded, successful woman. Following college, Tri Delta provides many ways for our women to stay connected at every step of their journey towards self-discovery and growth.
